We had an exceptional stay at Tamboershoek Homestead. From the onset, Carla provided clear communications and directions to the house. The farm itself far exceeded expectations in terms of value - our kids spent hours in the farm pool (which the helpful team were glad to fill up to just the right height for them). There were amazing small touches that we appreciated - children's cutlery, a freezer stocked with delicious Karoo lamb available for purchase and the option of a daily cleaning service.

This was the best getaway spot I went to in a long time. this is a fabulous place to find peace and serenity I would definitely recommend and go back for another visit.

Holiday within a Holiday as you have the luxury of the property within in the great South African outdoors. It's a must do experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Tamboershoek Farm. The farm trip through the Karoo National Park was already an experience in itself, and we even saw some wildlife along the way. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There’s a great outdoor braai (BBQ) area and a beautiful garden where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s perfect for spending time with family or friends and truly switching off from daily life. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly to any questions or requests. Good internet connection as well, which was a nice bonus. Perfect for people looking for adventure in nature or simply a quiet and relaxing getaway. We had an amazing time and would definitely come back!
